'Inspiring' and 'wonderful' were 2 words used by delegates at the South West Fairtrade Day in Chippenham on 1st October.
89 people from across the south west gathered to hear talks from Michael Gidney, CEO at Fairtrade Foundation, and Dahjanna de la Cruz, daughter of a Peruvian gold miner, talk passionately about the transformation that Fairtrade brings.
Discussions included the new Fairtrade Gold campaign www.fairtrade.org.uk/discovergold and Fairtrade Fortnight 2017 (27th Feb - 12th March) Have a Break for Fairtrade - Don't Feed Exploitation.
